Any changes for confirmed booking shall be levied a fee of USD 50. If required changes results in cancellation of previously confirmed services, applicable cancellation charges shall apply. If cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to departure, refund shall be made less a USD 50 administrative charge plus the applicable supplier cancellation fees. No refunds shall be made for cancellations made 7 days prior to departure. Generally, Rajah Tours extends complimentary transfer and tour to the escort of every 15 full-paying passengers. Hotels normally extend one free bed on a share-twin basis for every 15 full-paying passengers, maximum of 4 beds free for 60 or more guests.
